I am in my 40s and trying to get more hydration into my skin so I thought I would try a body oil. I loved it, it is very good, the skin absorbs it easily and does not leave that uncomfortable greasy feeling. Would be great to apply to extra dry areas like knees and elbows. Overall great body oil that I will keep using.
